- Onsite
Repair:
Rate: $50 per hour
(Reasonable driving distance to your house /
business)
- Onsite
Application / Windows Training:
Rate $50 the
first hour, and $40 every hour after
that.
- Remote Computer
work:
Billed by the hour.
I remote into your computer using "logmein" software, and
take care of
all your software needs with you on the phone.
As long as you can connect to the internet, this will
work.
- Shop
Repair:
Rate: $50 an hour for the first 2
hours, and $40 every hour after that.
Computers dropped off at my residence for repair
are charged by the hour. Usually all work is done in
1 - 1.5 hours. (Complete software reloads may take
2..)
- Parts
Cost:
Prices for parts are not included in
hourly rates charges.
Any parts purchased will be charged to you at my cost. (no
parts markup.)
Any used parts come with a full 30 day warranty.
New parts come with what ever the store / manufacturer
offers. Minimal charge will be included if parts have to be
purchased by me for research, shopping, and/or
transportation time.
- Invoice: (If
requested....)
A invoice will be provided with a breakdown of billing
costs. Including a complete description of all work
performed.
